The sales rep did a wonderful job coming to South Euclid, and explaining to us what the problem was and the implications of doing nothing. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. When the crew came they were very punctual, thorough in their work, and explained to us any problems along the way and how they could be fixed. They even helped us with other issues in our basement. When the work was completed they cleaned up well. Thanks for a job well done!
