I contacted Ohio State Waterproofing to resolve my wet basement. The salesman that came out to give the estimate was very informative and explained the process. I have dealt with many water-proofers over the years in my employment. OSW is the only one that I felt I could trust to be honest and stand by their work. I signed up to have the work done. The crew that came out were very good. The foreman, James, explained every step and made sure that any and all questions I had were explained. The entire crew were polite and attentive to my concerns and requests. I was very impressed with the hard work they did.
