When my wife and I were looking to buy a home, and found a home we liked and would eventually buy, one of the main sell points for us was the home had been waterproofed and as it turned out by Ohio State waterproofing. Also another very important sell point for us it had a lifetime warranty on the work that had been done, which had been done before we bought the home. The warranty was transferable to us and anyone who buys the home in the future as well, which again is a great sell point when and if we sell our in the future. It cost us $25.00 a year! It’s one of the few things in life we feel good about spending money on and a definite peace of mind… In 20 years we had to call once for a replacement sump pump, which was taken care promptly and of course no cost to us.
