All of my life I have lived in my house and EVERY time it would rain, my basement would get so flooded. When the house became mine, one of the first things I did was called Ohio State to inspect my basement and to fix the problem. Not only did Ohio State leave my basement completely dry, they also installed 6 slabs of carbon-fiber stabilizing material because one of my walls showed signs of shifting inwards.
Since the installation (10 years ago), I have had to call about the pump one time and without question, the pump was replaced within days of my call. In addition to being satisfied with the installation and maintenance, I am also very satisfied with the ease in which I am able to pay my yearly service agreement. Calling up and making my payment over the phone is very fast and easy. Overall, I am very satisfied with my overall experience with Ohio State Waterproofing.
