The sales rep did a wonderful job coming to South Euclid, and explaining to us what the problem was and the implications of doing nothing. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. When the crew came they were very punctual, thorough in their work, and explained to us any problems along the way and how they could be fixed. They even helped us with other issues in our basement. The last experience we had with Ohio State Waterproofing was an excellent one, back in Nov. of 2013. Found one of our pumps just running, running, running, but the water wasn’t getting pumped out. Placed my call at 8:40 am. A service person came at 10—ended up replacing the pump in that crock as well as the pump in the crock next to it, because it didn’t sound right, instead of just waiting for it to go. Very friendly worker. We are very pleased with Ohio State Waterproofing!!!!!

When my wife and I were looking to buy a home, and found a home we liked and would eventually buy, one of the main sell points for us was the home had been waterproofed and as it turned out by Ohio State waterproofing. Also another very important sell point for us it had a lifetime warranty on the work that had been done, which had been done before we bought the home. The warranty was transferable to us and anyone who buys the home in the future as well, which again is a great sell point when and if we sell our in the future. It cost us $25.00 a year! It’s one of the few things in life we feel good about spending money on and a definite peace of mind… In 20 years we had to call once for a replacement sump pump, which was taken care promptly and of course no cost to us. I contacted Ohio State Waterproofing to resolve my wet basement. The salesman that came out to give the estimate was very informative and explained the process. I have dealt with many water-proofers over the years in my employment. OSW is the only one that I felt I could trust to be honest and stand by their work. I signed up to have the work done. The crew that came out were very good. The foreman, James, explained every step and made sure that any and all questions I had were explained. Had mold in the basement, Ohio State came out and did it all in 2 days inside and out.Very Professional, Cleaned up after themselves. Over 15 Years later no problems what so ever, with the yearly maintenance fee they will take care of whatever goes wrong, in my case they came out and exchanged the breathe right system i had, also around the drive way they resealed the foundation. Customer service is second to none, Would recommend to anyone. M.O.

I had Ohio State Waterproofing do my cellar in 2008. Words can’t expressed how pleased I am with them from day one. My cellar is dry and with the E-Z Breathe it rids the home of harmful moisture and humidity. In May I asked them to redirect the sump pipe to get it away from my garden. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

All of my life I have lived in my house and EVERY time it would rain, my basement would get so flooded. When the house became mine, one of the first things I did was called Ohio State to inspect my basement and to fix the problem. Not only did Ohio State leave my basement completely dry, they also installed 6 slabs of carbon-fiber stabilizing material because one of my walls showed signs of shifting inwards. Since the installation (10 years ago), I have had to call about the pump one time and without question, the pump was replaced within days of my call. In addition to being satisfied with the installation and maintenance, I am also very satisfied with the ease in which I am able to pay my yearly service agreement. Calling up and making my payment over the phone is very fast and easy. Overall, I am very satisfied with my overall experience with Ohio State Waterproofing.
